Since 1875, Ristorante Trovatore itself as one of the most distinctive restaurants in Venice. Located near Piazza San Marco, in the central Calle delle Rasse (with access also from the parallel Calle degli Albanesi near the Bridge of Sighs), it is appreciated among other things for their specialty seafood dishes of the Adriatic and the Venetian tradition that only in the lagoon can be enjoyed.
