La Trattoria Valgranda born early last century (1906) as a place of horses for the carriers (in Piedmont cartun) that shipping goods from Lanzo (hence the name Valgranda which includes the area running from Cirie 'and Oven goes to Graian). From there on, the step was short enough, the first family who led the historic inn was Dentis family who then gave the current owners from the walls Pina Devietti. We came in 1985 with his mother, Juliana, the current owner, Jonathan, who gave a decisive turn to the culinary delights. Giuliana patiently tried and reassembled the same old regional recipes that are now on the menu Valgranda.
