The Journey comes between old friends to promote the combination between food, culture and traditions. The food is culture and curiosity, marriage, seduction, is attention to detail. We invite you to travel among the best national and international dishes, always with the maximum of lightness and balance of ingredients. Two wine lists: the first national, the second regional curated by 'Le Vigne del Lazio'. The Journey is a local impeccable design ... that must be visited and enjoyed, not told! We propose a cuisine based on traditional Italian dishes revisited to make them as light as possible and balanced. Each week, the Chef's proposal is built on a 'journey' of food and wine in a specific region, while special menus are designed for our evening event. Bread and desserts are prepared in our kitchens. An eye to his friends with celiac disease who can sit at our table without problems thanks to the gluten free menu. The Journey is informed and monitored by the Italian Celiac Association. Great attention to fairness in the preparations therefore, seasonality, freshness of ingredients.
